The Questax Academy is your springboard to sustainable success, providing you with the knowledge and skills you need for a successful career in sales through three modular stages.
Two roles – one shared goal
Recruiting and Sales work closely together: While Sales precisely understands customer needs, Recruiting ensures that the right specialists are found.
Together, you ensure that projects launch successfully and that our clients and consultants receive the best possible support.
In practice, this means: You maintain regular communication, discuss new inquiries, prioritize tasks, and match potential candidates with the companies’ requirements.
While Sales gathers customer feedback and coordinates the next steps, Recruiting conducts interviews, verifies qualifications, and assesses the fit. This creates a seamless process in which both roles work hand in hand – in a structured, transparent manner, with a clear focus on successful project placements.
From day one, you’ll be part of the Questax Academy – our structured onboarding program for a successful start.
Our team leads and colleagues will guide you through all the modules, which combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Step by step, you’ll learn everything you need to confidently begin your role. Upon completion of the Academy, you’ll receive a certificate – and be ready to hit the ground running at Questax.
